I give this Firestone location a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars. They always take excellent care of me and prioritize honesty over making a quick buck through upselling. Their customer service is outstanding—they even proactively point out active promotions to help lower your costs when parts need replacing. They have a phenomenal team here. Keep up the great work!

Came here for Wheel Alignment. Got to know I booked wrong location. The staff were super help and were able to accommodate my request. I keep coming here for all big small issues. I would recommend folks to just come and talk.

Management and the technicians were phenomenal! They were behind due to three large jobs, but they still manage to squeeze me in and get me out in just over an hour 30 minutes. I explained my experience with the Firestone off of Coit rd, And they were very apologetic for something they did not do. They were truthful and actually replaced I brake and rotors and even upgraded them without me asking. I’m very appreciative!

I dropped my car off needing new tires before a road trip the next day. Ron provided helpful consultation on what I needed, helped find current deals to help bring the price down, and Ty made sure the job got done before the day ended. They did a great job & we are very appreciative.

I had such a wonderful experience at Firestone today. The customer service was truly exceptional. The gentlemen who helped me went completely above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. What could have turned into a stressful day ended up being a great experience because of their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile. It's rare to find people who take that much pride in their work and treat customers with such respect and kindness. Thank you for completely changing the course of my day. Firestone is fortunate to have employees like you. Because of this experience, I'll absolutely be back and will gladly recommend this location to friends and family.
